The hunterAI Subscription is a monthly payment for the package of Standard Spend Data Insight Reports. These reports will be continuously accessible to you and will require first a 12-month historic data load followed by a monthly loading of your data to continually update your insights. Your reports will be readily accessible with your Spend data insights and kept current and relevant with the monthly uploads.

We accept credit card payments via this interface. If you prefer to receive an invoice, please contact your hunterAI analyst.
If I cancel my subscription and then resubscribe later, will I have to pay the initial setup fee again?
If you resubscribe within 18 months of cancellation, you will not be required to pay the initial setup fee again. Beyond this period, an initial setup payment will be required.
How do I cancel my subscription, and will I receive a refund?
You can cancel your subscription either through your payment cabinet or by requesting assistance from your hunterAI analyst. Please note that cancellation does not guarantee a refund.
