Our Mission

Jeffrey Heenan-Jalil, Founder and CEO

Cancer effects and touches many people. Having lost my brother to this tragic disease, this was a trigger to question and gather the courage…to either stay in corporate or forge my own path. Understanding the inequities in delivering healthcare versus private sector profits, I aligned to a common mission statement “to improve and save lives”, and by creating a technology platform, providing Hospital Systems and Healthcare leaders transparency to actual cost of products and services they acquire.

GPO-Health, dba hunterAI, has a deliberate purpose to achieve this goal. The price variation for the same commodities across Health Systems is vast, the gaps too often are too huge to comprehend, directly impacting the number of individuals to be cared for. The simple equation, more funds available, increases the amount of people positively impacted. We want to empower our clients to realize real savings that can be reinvested into their clients, driving the healthcare industry change for the better.

Our founding team combines decades of healthcare industry experience with deep technical expertise and a shared commitment to improving healthcare delivery.

With over 30 years of IT experience and 7 years leading procurement for major organizations such as EDS and Unisys across APAC, Jeff also brings extensive healthcare sector knowledge and analytics expertise gained within organisations such as Wipro Technologies, Cognizant Technologies. His personal mission—sparked by the loss of his brother to cancer—drives hunterAI's commitment to eliminating healthcare inequities through cost transparency.

Three decades of experience creating large-scale data solutions, including his role as Global Head of Data Science at Wipro. Dr. Vegi's expertise in AI/ML, data management, and the delivery of large, data intensive solutions drive hunterAI's technical innovation and platform development.

Dr. Srinivasa Vegi, CTO & Co-Founder

With over 16 years of experience in spend, sales, and marketing analytics, and strong track record of leading high-performing business analytics teams, Svetlana previously spent over a decade at Unilever where she led their Market Insights Center of Excellence. With an MBA in Strategic Management, she brings deep expertise in spend and growth analytics as well as strategic insights. At hunterAI, she leads client engagement and delivery, enabling data-driven decision-making.

Svetlana Schenkova, Head of Growth and Delivery & Founding Leader

A healthcare industry veteran with experience at Abbott Laboratories, QCSI, TriZetto, and Cognizant. With her clinical background (R.D. in Food Nutrition) and MBA in Marketing, Becky brings deep understanding of healthcare lifecycles and established relationships with C-suite executives across some of our focused markets such as Health Plans and Health Plans Associations.
